To access the administrator desk, open your browser and enter your company URL followed by /admin:

i.e. https://companyname.eu.crossknowledge.com/admin

Enter your username and password then select Log In.

If you have forgotten any of the above, use the "lost password" link to reset it. Keep an eye out for the email that will come to your inbox.
