Make sure you are on the Design and Administrate tab at the top of the page.
Scroll to Learners, then select "Search for a learner".
Type in the details of the learner you are looking for and click "search"
You can use any of the fields to search for a learner.
Cannot find a learner? Maybe the account is disabled, search again but this time tick the box "Include disabled accounts
