This interface is intended for the manager who has been integrated directly in the training area. This interface allows the manager to monitor the activity of the learners in his/her team.
This interface can be accessed from the manager's training area via the “My team” tab. The tab must be selected when customizing the entity. Once present for the learner's (manager's) entity, this tab will only be displayed if the manager connected actually has learners in his hierarchical relationship.
From this tab, the manager has access to:

a Search utility allowing him to find a learner or identify learners with a particular course,
the list of his team members' course enrollments, with their progress, the date of their last connection and the time remaining to the end of the session,
the list of content followed by his team members, sorted by date last opened, with their marks, the time spent, the status, the progress, the score, access to the report (for the EasyQuizz Web questionnaires).

In a questionnaire report, the manager can compare a learner's results with those of his entity.

My team members


The manager can see the list of all active training courses of his/her team members.
Click on All registrations to export the information displayed in an Excel file.

Search filters:
    A free-text filter search of a learner in his name.
    A hierarchical level filter:
      All my team members: All the members of my team (members at all sub-levels under me).
      My team members directly reporting to me.
      My team and people managed directly by my team.

Once the export is completed, the file can be downloaded and an e-mail is sent to the manager with a download link.




    By clicking on the learner's name, detailed information on the progress and time spent on each course by a learner will be displayed.
