Take Note: Flash Player is not automatically allowed in Google Chrome after you either download/Install or Update Flash Player. You have to enable it in the Google Chrome settings with the specific web site address that requires it. The following steps will help you enable flash player

1. Click on the padlock on the address bar of the window you were trying to open, then scroll down to click on site settings, move your eyes to the right, under permissions enable flash

2. Go back to the video you were trying to open, refresh the page by clicking on reload or pressing on F5 on your keyboard
