If you have
browser issues regarding viewing, playing videos, bad sound and connection
speed, this guide will help you find them by a simple learning platform
configuration checker.
1. Open your Internet Browser and view
your Login Page for the Learning Platform, at the bottom of the page click on
“Check my Configuration” button below the Login submit button:
2. After you clicked on the “Check my
Configuration” button it will open up the Checker page and automatically gather
information regarding your Internet Browser:
You will
notice that most of the features is checked with a green correction mark,
meaning that this feature is enable or set correctly. If there appears a red cross in your configuration settings you may search the Help-Docs Knowledge base for the appropriate issue.
